Year 6 Currimundi Camp 2022
Each year we conduct a camp for our year six students.
The camp is designed to develop character through skills and contexts that are socially, mentally and physically challenging. It is not designed to be a holiday away from the school. Activities at the camp will develop the important life skills of initiative, self-reliance, communication and team work to solve problems. The camp forms an integral part of the year six leadership program.
In 2022, we have arranged for the students to attend Currimundi Active Recreation Centre, located on the Sunshine Coast. The children will travel by bus and engage in activities they would not have access to within our school facilities. Mrs Anderson will be co-ordinating this camp. The camp will be conducted from Wednesday 5th October to Friday 7th October 2022.
