At Geebung State School, we are proud to be a smaller school community, with around 370 students across 15 classes. This allows our staff to build strong, meaningful relationships with students and families and helps create a welcoming environment where children are known, supported and valued.
Our classroom teachers are supported by 11 teacher aides, alongside specialist teachers across Health and Physical Education, Japanese, STEM and The Arts.
Students and families are also supported by our Guidance Officer, Social Worker, Speech and Language Pathologist and Chaplain, as well as our administration, facilities and school support teams.
Being a smaller school is something we really value. It gives us the opportunity to know our students well, celebrate their individual strengths and create a genuine sense of connection across the school community.
